2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 tbsp plain flour

Technique
1. For the gravy, warmth the oil in a saucepan over a low-medium warmth and fry the onions, uncovered, with a pinch of salt for 20 minutes, stirring usually, till caramelised.
2. In the meantime, preheat the oven to gasoline 7, 220°C, fan 200°C. Put the oil in a big ovenproof frying pan, shallow casserole dish or baking tray. Add the carrot, onion, squash, and garlic. Season; toss properly. Roast for 15 minutes.
3. Whisk the 4 and eggs in a bowl with a pinch of salt till a clean, thick paste kinds. Regularly add the milk, whisking to make a skinny batter with the same consistency to single cream. Stir within the rosemary.
4. For the gravy, add the garlic to the onions and cook dinner for 1 min, then sprinkle over the 4 and blend properly. Stir within the inventory, season and add the vinegar. Simmer, uncovered, over a low warmth for about 20 minutes.
